When you think 'coleslaw' do you picture the "heavy, overdressed creamy stuff you'd get at a supermarket"?

Actually, there’s so many fun ways that you can pimp your coleslaw – by adding different layers of textures and flavours in there. I like to use a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter to my dressing to give this beautiful richness and sprinkle some seeds or toasted peanuts would be delicious. Slaws are made to be all of tossed together – I think it’s part of the fun!
