A version of Thai Green Chicken Curry has been on the menu since my first menu was born, over 13 years ago. Our latest version is high in protein with chunks of chicken breast and loads of delicious green veges (bok choy, broccoli, beans, sprouts!), served with a nutty brown rice for added fibre and flavour.
