Directions

Heat directly from frozen. Sit for several minutes after heating before peeling back the film and serving.

MICROWAVE: (1000W) Simply remove from box and microwave meal, film intact, for 6 minutes, until evenly heated through.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180C, remove from box and bake, film intact, for 20 minutes.
