Confit Garlic with Sage, Thyme and heaps of NZ Butter on a HALF BAKED loaf 350g.

These artisan loaves are deliberately HALF BAKED when you buy them. Bake it before you eat it for delicious fresh bread.

Baking
1. Heat the oven or BBQ to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Remove the loaf from the bag and place it on a baking tray.
3. Bake for 10–15 minutes. Give it a poke at 10 and decide if you want it a bit crispier.
4. Let it sit for a couple of minutes before slicing.

Not suitable for microwave cooking.
