Experienced Chef
We are a busy & energetic kitchen team based across three different kitchens: Herne Bay, Remuera & Morningside – no day is ever the same. From bountiful salads to perfectly formed canapés, we create delicious food on the daily, whether it's a bulging tray of salad for the cabinet, a morning tea for 10pax or a wedding for 200.
The successful candidate will have at least two years' relevant experience working in a busy cafe, restaurant or catering business.
Our food style is rustic, full-flavoured, inspired by exotic cuisines and epitomises the joy of sharing food.
You'll be confident, able to work in-sync with your team mates, and able to take initiative when needed. Bring your own ideas, we are always open to trying new things! We don't use recipes, we cook to taste and we explore big flavours.
You'll have good communication skills and be flexible to work early mornings, the odd late night and weekend catering shifts as required.
Great hourly rate for the right candidate.
