Vegan Walnut & Cranberry Nut Roast
A nutty quinoa & kumara nut roast with pops of cranberries and walnuts, served with a roasted capsicum romesco sauce.
Cooking Instructions: Discard packaging and place nut roast in an oven-proof dish. Pour over romesco sauce and roast at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and warmed through. Sit for a few minutes before slicing to serve.
