Tamarind & Coconut Fish Curry

Mustard seeds and curry leaves perfume the turmeric and coconut broth, with pops of tomato, chunks of fresh fish and coriander. Served with steamed rice.

Gluten-free | Dairy-free

Contains: Fish and sesame. While care is taken, this meal was made in a kitchen also handling gluten-containing cereal products, milk products, shellfish, egg, peanuts and treetnuts.

Directions: Defrost meal. Remove sleeve & lid. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, until piping hot. You may need to stir once during heating to ensure the meal is heated through evenly. Sit for several minutes before serving.  

Keep frozen, or refrigerated after defrosting.
