Smoky Rum & Cherry Glazed Ham with Seeded Mustard
A half champagne ham with our homemade rum, cherry & five-spice glaze. Seeded mustard for serving.
Cooking Instructions: To prep your ham, discard packaging and carefully remove the skin from your ham (the easiest way to do this is by running your fingers gently under the skin) so you’re left with a nice layer of fat. Score the fat with a knife, and brush with half the glaze.
Place ham in a roasting dish and bake at 180° for 30–35 minutes, brushing with glaze every 10–15 minutes.
Serve with extra glaze and seeded mustard.
