A whole side of salmon cured in our homemade raspberry, juniper & dill rub. Fresh dill for serving.
Cooking Instructions: All the hard work is done for you here! Discard packaging, scrape off any residual cure mix and pat dry. Thinly slice the salmon away from the skin underneath. Serve with freshly shaved fennel and its fronds.
