Mustard-Rubbed Eye Fillet with Chimichurri

1kg whole eye fillet rubbed in our herby mustard marinade. Chimichurri for serving.

Cooking Instructions: Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add the beef and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until browned. Transfer into an oven-proof dish (or if your frying pan is oven-safe, transfer it straight to the oven. Roast for 15–18 minutes for rare, or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 10–15 minutes before carving. Serve with our homemade chimichurri.
