Herby Roasted Chicken
All of the herbs in this lemony marinated free-range chicken, butterflied and ready to throw on the BBQ.
Cooking Instructions: Discard packaging and place chicken (breast-side up) in an oven-proof dish. Drizzle with some extra olive oil. Roast at 180°C for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
To BBQ your chicken, preheat a lidded BBQ to 200°C. Place chicken (breast-side up) on the hot plate, close the lid and cook for around 30 minutes. Flip the chicken over and place it skin-side down on the hotter side of the grill and cook for a further 15–20 minutes, until crispy-skinned and cooked through. Chicken should have an internal temperature of 75°C. Rest before carving and serving.
