FRESH Pulled Jackfruit & Fennel Pappardelle with Toasted Buckwheat
A delicious vegan take on one of our favourite pastas. Slow-cooked jackfruit in a fennel and tomato ragu with ribbons of pappardelle pasta and toasted buckwheat grouts for extra crunch and flavour.
Contains: gluten-containing cereal products. While care is taken, this meal was made in a kitchen also handling milk products, sesame, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts and treenuts.
Instructions: Remove sleeve & lid. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, until piping hot. Sit for several minutes before serving.
