Directions Preheat oven to 180. Sift sugar and dark chocolate into a bowl and set the sugar to one side. In a saucepan, melt 185g of butter with the dark chocolate, set aside to cool. Beat 3 eggs and the sugar until fluffy. Fold the cooled chocolate mixture through the egg mixture. Sift in the chocolate and flour mix. Once you have mixed in the flour add the remaining chocolate buttons and pour into a lined 20cm square baking tray. Cook for 30 mins. Let it cool in the tray for 20 mins before transferring it to a cooling rack.
