Salted Caramel Brandy Snap Kit
A simple, post-dinner dessert made easy – brandy snaps, Lewis Road Creamery cream and our homemade salted caramel sauce.
Cooking Instructions: Whip cream until stiff (you can add a splash of brandy to the cream before whipping, if you wish!) Pipe cream into both ends of the brandy snap cases, until all cases are filled. Drizzle with salted caramel sauce and serve within half an hour (you can warm the salted caramel sauce slightly if you like, too!) Dee-licious.
