We used to make our caramel slice with a simple biscuit base, but one day we forgot to put the ginger into our oaty ginger crunch and we decided to turn it into caramel slice instead. It was so good that we haven't looked back. This is an epically rice & decadent slice!
Sold singularly to pack into a weeks worth of lunch boxes, cut up & serve as an after dinner treat or simply enjoy with a good cuppa tea.
