Beef Bourguignon with Kumara Mash
The ultimate winter warmer – our beef bourguignon stew is a medley of bacon, slow-cooked beef, carrots and pickled onions simmered in red wine and tomatoes until meltingly tender. Served with silky kumara mash to soak up all of the goodness.
Contains: tree nuts. While care is taken, this meal was made in a kitchen also handling gluten-containing cereal products, milk products, egg, sesame, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, treenuts and sulphites.
Instructions: Remove sleeve & lid. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, until piping hot. Sit for several minutes before serving.
