Step 1: You’ve already done the hard part – choosing what to have for dinner. If you’re starting from frozen, start a day before and leave your Slow & Go™ to thaw overnight in the fridge.
Step 2: Empty the Slow & Go™ into your slow cooker and give it a bit of a stir to make sure all the meat is covered, then secure the slow cooker’s lid.
Step 3: Set and forget. We suggest 6 hours on high or 10 hours on low, but the beauty of slow cooking is that the meal is ready when YOU are! So don’t fret if you’re out for longer. It’ll still be delicious.
Step 4: Serve! It’s as easy as that. We suggest serving this Beef, Mushroom & Bacon Bourguignon with a creamy potato mash and fresh parsley to garnish.
