Directions Defrost. Empty the Slow & Go™ into your slow cooker and give it a stir to make sure all of the meat is covered, then secure the slow cooker's lid. We suggest 6 hours on high or 10 hours on low, but the beauty of slow cooking is that the meal is ready when YOU are! No slow cooker? No worries! Place contents in a lidded, ovenproof dish and bake at 160‎°C for at least 3 hours, until tender.
