Pork & Black Bean Enchilada
Delicious flavours all round with this Mexican pulled pork enchilada. A delicious rice, black bean & pulled pork filling encased in a flour tortilla and ready to bake in an enchilada sauce topped with sour cream & mozzarella.
Contains: Gluten-containing cereal products, milk products, fish, soy and sulphites. While care is taken, this meal was made in a kitchen also handling shellfish, sesame, peanuts and treetnuts.
Directions: Defrost meal. Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove sleeve & lid. Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbling & piping hot. Sit for several minutes before serving.
Keep frozen, or refrigerated after defrosting.
