BBQ Herby Green Spatchcocked Chicken
Free range chicken marinated in garlic, lemon and herbs – spatchcocked and ready to throw on the BBQ or in the oven!
Directions: Defrost. Preheat oven to 180°C or preheat your BBQ grill. Place chicken flat in a roasting dish, breast-side up, and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. On the BBQ, grill chicken breast-side up for 25-30 minutes before flipping and grilling for another 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients: chicken, parsley, coriander, basil, oregano, garlic, ginger, onion, spinach, lemon juice, chilli flakes, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, canola oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper.
While care is taken, this meal was made in a kitchen also handling gluten-containing cereal products, milk products, treenuts, sesame, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish and peanuts.
