BBQ Marinated Beef Sirloin Steaks
Juicy fillets on sirloin marinated in a delicious garlicky marinade, ready to throw on the BBQ or flash-fry in a pan!
Directions: Defrost. Preheat your BBQ grill or a heavy-battomed frying pan over high heat. Place the fillets on the grill or in the pan and cook, turning once, for 3-4 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Allow to rest for at least 5-10 minutes before serving.
Ingredients: Beef, worchestershire sauce (anchovies), mixed herbs, parsley, coriander, basil, oregano, garlic, ginger, onion, spinach, lemon juice, chilli flakes, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, brown sugar, salt, pepper.
