Description

This is one of my favourite pastas – ribbons of pappardelle served with a pulled pork & fennel ragu, topped with Parmesan.

Ingredients

Cooked pappardelle (45%) [durum wheat semolina, water], pork (26%), crushed tomatoes [tomatoes, tomato puree, salt, acidity regulator(330)], canola oil, fennel (2.5%), onion, carrot, tomato paste, Parmesan cheese (1%) [milk], herbs [parsley, paprika, fennel seeds, Italian herbs], celery, garlic, salt, cider vinegar, caster sugar, pepper.

Directions

Heat directly from frozen. Simply remove from box, pierce film several times with a fork, and microwave meal (1000W) for 6 minutes. Sit for several minutes and stir before serving to ensure even heating.
