Thai Beef Massaman Curry with rice
One of my favourite, warming curries is this Thai beef massaman number – with peanuts, carrots and potatoes and a deliciously creamy, cinnamon-spiked sauce. Served with steamed rice.
Contains: Peanuts, soy and fish. While care is taken, this meal was made in a kitchen also handling gluten-containing cereal products, milk products, sesame, eggs, shellfish and treetnuts.
Directions: Defrost overnight in the fridge, Put in slow cooker. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Serve.
Keep frozen, or refrigerated after defrosting.
