Slow & Go™ Thai Red Beef Cheek Curry

This Thai-inspired red curry is rich, warming and wonderfully aromatic. I like to serve it with plenty of just-tender greens to balance the intensity of the beef cheeks. Use whatever veges are in season, and refresh in icy water to keep them crisp and vibrant. Serve with plenty of steamed rice to soak up all of the delicious curry sauce.
