Introducing a whole new concept - JUK Slow & Go™ frozen crock pot meals. All prepped and ready for you to defrost & throw into your slow cooker... come home to the smell (and taste!) of a healthy, home-cooked meal, without any of the hassle!
Cacciatore means “hunter’s stew” in Italian. Traditionally it’d be made with whatever the hunter had on hand (often rabbit or hare), cooked rustic-style over the fire with tomatoes, onions and herbs until tender and delicious. We use free range chicken on the bone for maximum flavour, and spike our sauce with capers, olives and all of our favourite Italian herbs. Bellissimo!

Contains: Sulphites. While care is taken, this meal was made in a kitchen also handling milk products, gluten-containing cereal products, sesame, peanuts, treenuts, eggs, fish, shellfish and soy.

Keep frozen, or refrigerated after defrosting.

Delivery Day



Step 1: You’ve already done the hard part – choosing what to have for dinner. If you’re starting from frozen, start a day before and leave your Slow & Go™ to thaw overnight in the fridge.

Step 2: Empty the Slow & Go™ into your slow cooker and give it a bit of a stir to make sure all the meat is covered, then secure the slow cooker’s lid.

Step 3: Set and forget. We suggest 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low, but the beauty of slow cooking is that the meal is ready when YOU are! So don’t fret if you’re out for longer. It’ll still be delicious.

Step 4: Serve! It’s as easy as that. We suggest serving this rustic chicken & olive cacciatore with a creamy potato mash, or a tangle of spaghetti, and some chopped parsley to garnish.

Ingredients: Chicken 36%, tomatoes, carrots, tomato paste, mushrooms, chicken stock (chicken, water, carrots, onions, celery, herbs and spices), celery, onion, red capsicum, white wine (preservative 220), olives, garlic, capers, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, herbs, salt.
