This is an Al Brown-inspired recipe and one of my go-to summer salads; it’s hearty enough to satisfy yet full of crunch, tang and freshness! The chopped pickle dressing is a standout. With feta, capers, a plethora of herbs, toasted almonds and hard-boiled eggs.
