Tuesday 18th December – Thai Green Chicken Curry
This Thai curry was the first dish I served on the JUK menu, ever! So it seemed fitting to round out the final week of the year with a green curry. With a creamy coconut sauce, juicy chunks of chicken breast and assorted seasonal veggies, healthy never tasted so good. Served with steamed rice, fresh coriander and crispy shallots.
