Our Indian-inspired Winner Winner dinner comes with a tandoori marinated free range bird, bombay spiced par-boiled potatoes, Add some salad greens and fresh herbs to turn it into a complete feast!

Step 1: You’ve already done the hard part – choosing what to have for dinner.
Step 2: If frozen, defrost in the fridge overnight. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Discard packaging and place chicken (breast-side up) in an oven-proof dish. Discard packaging and place potatoes around the chicken, spread in a single layer.
Step 3: Bake for 55-60mins, tossing the potatoes once or twice during baking if needed.
Step 4: Check that the chicken is cooked through, and rest for 10mins before carving.
