Directions Defrost. Empty the Slow & Go™ into your slow cooker and give it a stir to make sure all of the meat is covered, then secure the slow cooker's lid. We suggest 6 hours on high or 10 hours on low. No slow cooker? Place contents in a lidded, ovenproof dish and bake at 160˚C for at least 3 hours until tender.
